These terms govern the use of fotovol.ro. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to the terms below.

About the platform

Fotovol is a public directory of solar panel companies and ANRE-authorised electricians in Romania. Listings are built from public sources (AFM Casa Verde, ANRE, ONRC) and may be enriched by companies that claim their profile. The platform facilitates contact between users and companies but is not a party to contracts between them.

User obligations

• Use the platform for legitimate purposes; do not submit repeated or false requests.
• Provide accurate information and real contact details in the quote-request form.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to other users’ or companies’ accounts.
• Do not use scrapers, bots or any automated means to mass-extract platform data.

Company listings

Company data is sourced from public official records (AFM, ANRE, ONRC). We do not guarantee completeness or up-to-the-minute accuracy — there can be a lag between the official source and our update. A listing is not an endorsement or certification by Fotovol; verifying a specific contract remains the user’s responsibility. Companies can claim their profile to correct the data.

Intellectual property

The design, code, the name “Fotovol” and the platform interface belong to DEGECKO SRL. Factual data (company name, registered address, ANRE certification) comes from public sources and is not subject to ownership. Editorial content (guides, articles) is protected by copyright and may be quoted with attribution.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes (quotes received, prices, quality of any company’s service). Fotovol and DEGECKO SRL are not liable for disputes between users and listed companies, except where law expressly provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect at the moment of publication on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled by the competent courts of Romania.
