Practically never in 2026. ReneSola is no longer a panel manufacturer; it's a brand resold by obscure OEMs.
The only theoretical case: if you find a lot with complete provenance documentation (identified OEM factory, IEC certifications on the lot, verifiable Bloomberg Tier of the real maker) and the price is dramatically below Talesun. Unlikely.
